What is the process to cancel an order?

Ordering Bush’s Beans
At this time, we do not sell any of our beans in our online store. If you are unable to find one of our products near you, please call our Consumer Relations Department at (800) 590-3797 or click here .
Shipping Information
Most items will be sent UPS Standard and will arrive within 14 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the Continental United States.
Is order tracking available?
Your UPS order tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Is expedited shipping available?

What is the policy for lost or unreceived orders?
We understand that orders may get lost in transit or, on occasion, may never make it to the final destination. We ask that you notify us if you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your tracking number via email. We will reorder the same item(s) at no additional cost to you.
What is the policy for damaged orders?
We understand that a product may get damaged in transit or, on occasion, there may be a manufacturer product defect. We will exchange the damaged item with the same item. If an item arrives with broken glass we are usually able to replace the broken glass, free of charge, without an exchange. We ask that you notify us within 10 days of receipt of the damaged product. Please return the damaged item to:

Please include your name and address on the label. We will send a replacement as soon as we receive the damaged item. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. 
Returns and Exchange Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item that is in like-new condition with original packaging, you may within 30 days of receipt. Please return the item(s) to:

When sending the item you would like to exchange back to us, please include a note detailing the product you would like to receive in place of the item you are exchanging. We will credit any outstanding monies or charge your credit card number if the price is more. Please include your name and address on the label and allow 2 weeks for processing.
